Sandra Grazzini-Rucki has failed to report to the Dakota County Jail, as required per the conditions of her sentence after being convicted for her role in the disappearance of daughters for 944 days.
Grazzini-Rucki was ordered to report to the Dakota County Jail in Hastings, Minnesota by 8:00 AM, on Saturday, November 18, 2017. She is over four days late for reporting to jail, and a warrant has not been issued for her arrest.
The fact that Grazzini-Rucki is not in jail should scare you.
Grazzini-Rucki recently lost the appeal of her criminal conviction, and she is scheduled to be sentenced again on December 14, 2017. She knows that she is going back to jail, and Grazzini-Rucki has no incentive to voluntarily report to jail.
Over the last 17 months, Missing in Minnesota has reported on the continuing developments involving Grazzini-Rucki, and the other adults charged and prosecuted for their criminal roles in the disappearance of Grazzini-Rucki’s daughters.

An online story published by a key supporter of Sandra Grazzini-Rucki which made false and misleading claims about jury tampering during Grazzini-Rucki’s criminal trial was taken down by the media outlet after being contacted by Missing in Minnesota about the inaccurate facts contained in the story.
The inaccurate story was published by Michael Volpe for Communities Digital News last Thursday, but the story was later edited with multiple corrections by Jacquie Kubin, President of Communities Digital News, and then republished. Continue reading
Law enforcement in Dakota County is currently investigating numerous threatening, harassing, and defamatory statements which have been published on social media accounts connected to Sandra Grazzini-Rucki and her supporters.
A collection of social media accounts on Twitter and Facebook have targeted judges, law enforcement, court staff, and journalists, including members of their families.
David Rucki and members of his family continue to be targeted by multiple social media accounts, which has lasted for years.
Missing in Minnesota is not publishing the name of the suspected social media accounts, nor will the content contained in the posts be published at this time. Continue reading
Sandra Grazzini-Rucki and her allies continue to use fake news and propaganda to distort the truth involving her criminal conviction. The latest example comes from Michael Volpe, who writes for Communities Digital News, and who also co-authored a book with Grazzini-Rucki’s family court attorney Michelle MacDonald about this case.
In a post published last Friday, Mr. Volpe repeated a false statement that David Rucki was present in the room with Samantha Rucki while she testified during her mother’s criminal trial last July.
The inaccurate claim that David Rucki and his sister, Dr. Tammy Love were in the room with Samantha when she testified has been continually used as a talking-point by supporters of Grazzini-Rucki since she was convicted for her role in the disappearance of her children.
Mr. Volpe is based in Chicago, Illinois and he disseminates Grazzini-Rucki’s propaganda masqueraded as news. He has never attended any of the court proceedings involving Sandra Grazzini-Rucki and the other adults charged and convicted for their role in the disappearance of Samantha and Gianna Rucki. Mr. Volpe is frequently interviewed with Grazzini-Rucki on podcasts about her criminal case and family court drama.
Sandra Grazzini-Rucki announced last evening that she will be filing a defamation lawsuit against ABC, Inc, ABC’s “20/20”, and Elizabeth Vargas, the co-anchor of “20/20”.
Grazzini-Rucki’s announcement of the lawsuit comes one year after ABC’s “20/20” first broadcast of “Footprints in the Snow”, which focused on the disappearance of Samantha and Gianna Rucki. On March 25, 2017, ABC’s “20/20” rebroadcast the episode with updated information.
The sisters were taken by their mother near their home on the night of April 19, 2013, during a custody and divorce dispute involving their parents – Grazzini-Rucki and David Rucki.
Grazzini-Rucki had tried to stop the rebroadcast of the episode which found no documentation to verify Grazzini-Rucki’s claim that she was abused by David Rucki. Grazzini-Rucki had taken to Facebook, calling the show “rank propaganda”and encouraging people to register complaints.
Public court records show that in the last ten years, Grazzini-Rucki has filed over 20 unsuccessful lawsuits in district, state, and federal court, including two petitions to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Grazzini-Rucki said last evening that she would be seeking “an ungodly amount” of money in her latest lawsuit. Continue reading
Sandra Grazzini-Rucki, who was convicted last year on six felony counts related to the disappearance of her daughters, strongly criticized the proclamation designating April 2017 as National Child Abuse Prevention Month by President Donald Trump.
In violation of a court order, Samantha and Gianna Rucki were taken by their mother near their home on the night of April 19, 2013, during a custody and divorce dispute involving their parents – Grazzini-Rucki and David Rucki.
On November 18, 2015 – 944 days after they disappeared – the girls were found living on a ranch in northern Minnesota by law enforcement, headed by the Lakeville Police Department.
Grazzini-Rucki critical that Trump’s proclamation honored child protective workers, law enforcement officials
In his proclamation issued on March 31, 2017, Trump listed groups of professionals “whose tireless work every day protects children”:
“We also honor foster and adoptive parents, child protective workers, faith leaders, community mentors, teachers, and law enforcement officials, whose tireless work every day protects children who have been tragically abused or neglected. Their often thankless service in these difficult and painful situations helps restore the safety and dignity of these wounded children and, in many cases, dramatically improves the course of their precious lives. As a Nation, we pledge to honor our commitment to protecting the vulnerable among us, not just this month, but every day of the year.”
After reading Trump’s entire proclamation during her interview, Grazzini-Rucki said the groups recognized by Trump “have single-handedly destroyed our children, and the future of America”:
“I think it is our obligation to inform our president, who I believe can make some changes, that all these people that he is giving credit to don’t deserve the credit and in fact, expect for a very few individuals… they’ve done nothing but harm children more, and I’m including CPS, foster parents, government workers, police departments, lawyers and judges. They have single-handedly destroyed our children, and the future of America.”

Sandra Grazzini-Rucki, who is currently on probation for her role in the disappearance of her children, announced that she and others will be targeting the family members of judges, attorneys, and county staff, including their children.
The alarming comments from Grazzini-Rucki were made during her podcast last week, which she hosted with a man convicted of threatening to shoot a judge.
In an enraged tirade, Grazzini-Rucki said on her podcast:
“When we start exposing that, then we’ve made it personal. We are not gonna sit back and let you destroy our families because now, what you’ve done to us and our children and our families, we are now going to transpose it onto you.
We are going to start exposing your children, your spouses, your families, your parents. We are coming at you with exposing what’s truly going on in your own home.”

But the recently discovered statements from Grazzini-Rucki in which she angrily declares “we are going to start exposing your children” are more troubling and concerning than any previous public comments made by Grazzini-Rucki.

Sandra Grazzini-Rucki took her documented threats toward law enforcement, judges, and court staff in Minnesota to a dangerous level joining forces with a Connecticut man convicted of threatening to shoot a judge.
Grazzini-Rucki hosted a podcast with Edward Taupier, who was convicted in October 2015 of threatening to shoot Hartford Superior Court Judge Elizabeth Bozzuto.

Sandra Grazzini-Rucki walked out of jail last October looking to pick a fight after she finished the first portion of her jail sentence for her role in the disappearance of her daughters.
I doubt anyone believed Grazzini-Rucki was going to be reformed after serving just over 30 days in jail.
But even I was surprised, when hours after being released from jail, I found Grazzini-Rucki standing by my car as I left the Dakota County Northern Service Center in West St. Paul. Grazzini-Rucki momentarily blocked my exit, as she stood behind my car as I attempted to back out of my parking spot. I stepped out of my car and asked her, “can I help you with something?” Grazzini-Rucki said no and she walked back to a waiting vehicle.

Since being convicted in July 2016 on six felony counts of deprivation of parental rights, Grazzini-Rucki, and her supporters have continued their behavior of making false allegations against David Rucki, his family, the media, law enforcement, and the judiciary.

A judge in Dakota County granted Harassment Restraining Orders (HRO) against a zealous supporter of Dede Evavold, Sandra Grazzini-Rucki, and Michelle MacDonald, for harassing and stalking Michael Brodkorb and Allison Mann.
The HROs were filed separately by Brodkorb and Mann against Terry Dean Nemmers of Glenwood, Minnesota.
Over the last three years, Nemmers (pictured above during a previous time in jail) has attempted to contact Brodkorb and Mann nearly 400 times, despite being instructed on multiple occasions to cease all contact. Most recently, Nemmers has taking premeditated steps to track and monitor Brodkorb and Mann’s public events to promote their new book, The Girls Are Gone. Nemmers sent harassing and threatening emails to bookstores, trying to have Brodkorb and Mann’s book events canceled.
Nemmers has also posted pictures of Brodkorb’s wife and children – the same pictures that were surreptitiously taken of Brodkorb’s wife and children and distributed online.
The HROs – which remain in effect until February 2021 – note that Nemmers “[f]ollwed, pursued, or stalked” both Brodkorb and Mann. Nemmers is prohibited from having any direct or indirect contact with Brodkorb and Mann. He is also prohibited from attending any of their appearances or book events. Continue reading
In a recent interview with Michael Brodkorb and Allison Mann for The Tom Barnard Podcast, host Tom Barnard strongly criticized Trish Van Pilsum for withholding critical information which could have helped reunite two missing sisters – Samantha and Gianna Rucki – with their family and friends within days of the children disappearing 2013.
Brodkorb and Mann appeared on The Tom Barnard Podcast to discuss their new best-selling true crime book, The Girls Are Gone, which details Van Pilsum’s unethical conduct as a journalist also broke the Rucki’s family trust with the media. This lack of trust contributed greatly to a lack of any substantive media coverage about the disappearance of Samantha and Gianna Rucki for nearly two years.
At the end of the podcast, Barnard directed his final remarks at Van Pilsum:
Trish, I have no idea how the hell you could do this cause, I’ve been around parents who’ve lost their children. Neither one of them came back, one of them died from huffing, the other one, Jacob [Wetterling], unfortunately, was buried for I don’t know how many years. How you could walk away from that and be comfortable I will never understand cause I could never do what you did. Never.
