Grazzini-Rucki: Federal agent posing as plumber has me in a safe house

Sandra Grazzini-Rucki claims a federal agent with the United States Marshals Service, who posed as a plumber has placed her in protective custody in a safe house, according to an interview broadcast yesterday live online.

Grazzini-Rucki also said during her interview that she is being held by the United States Marshals Service in advance of a warrant being issued for her arrest.

Her claim that she is being protected and held by the United States Marshals Service is the latest in a series of outlandish falsehoods made by Grazzini-Rucki, who has a documented and extensive record of lying both in and out of the courtroom.

Multiple law enforcement agencies contacted today, including the United States Marshals Service, confirmed Grazzini-Rucki is not in custody.

Since being convicted in July 2016 of six felonies for her role in the disappearance of her daughters, Grazzini-Rucki’s false statements and accusations have become more outrageous and untruthful.

Grazzini-Rucki claims her plumber friend was an undercover United States Marshal

usms-seal-300In her interview yesterday, Grazzini-Rucki claimed she was out to dinner with friends on the evening of Friday, December 8, 2017.

In a plotline similar to the television show “Desperate Housewives,” Grazzini-Rucki said she learned during dinner that her friend – who she thought was a plumber – was actually an undercover United States Marshal tasked with locating Grazzini-Rucki.

“I thought this guy was a plumber, and it turned out he was a federal marshal,” said Grazzini-Rucki.

After learning that Grazzini-Rucki was the person he was tasked with locating, Grazzini-Rucki claims the plumber/undercover United States Marshal had a change of heart and “basically got me to a safe house to keep me safe” where Grazzini-Rucki claims she is still being held.

Michael Volpe, who co-authored a book with Grazzini-Rucki’s family court attorney Michelle MacDonald about Grazzini-Rucki, participated in the interview with Grazzini-Rucki.

Below is a portion of Grazzini-Rucki’s interview with Volpe, which was broadcast online yesterday.

Despite Grazzini-Rucki’s repeated claims that she does not have a phone, Volpe spoke with Grazzini-Rucki on her phone during the interview.

In the interview, Volpe said, “this [federal marshal] risked his life, and put [Grazzini-Rucki] in a safe house, in a place that no one would know about,” said Volpe.

“She goes from having dinner on Friday night to finding out she’s being chased by the federal marshals to being like swept into a safe house,” added Volpe.

Volpe is based in Chicago, Illinois, and he disseminates Grazzini-Rucki’s propaganda masquerading as news. Many of Volpe’s stories published about Grazzini-Rucki have been retracted or corrected after being published due to factual inaccuracies contained in the stories.

Grazzini-Rucki is currently being represented by two attorneys in separate legal proceedings. Neither Michelle MacDonald, her family court attorney, nor Steven Russett, her public defender in criminal court, responded to a request for comment to confirm that the United States Marshals Service is protecting Grazzini-Rucki.

Grazzini-Rucki’s current whereabouts are unknown

Grazzini-Rucki was scheduled to report to the Dakota County Jail in Hastings, Minnesota by 8:00 AM, on Saturday, November 18, 2017, but she never reported to jail.

Grazzini-Rucki recently lost the appeal of her criminal conviction, and she was scheduled to be sentenced again on December 14, 2017. The sentencing hearing was canceled because Grazzini-Rucki filed a petition for review to the Minnesota Supreme Court of her appeal.

According to public court documents, Grazzini-Rucki provided Dakota County with a false address where she would be living while on probation.

Her current whereabouts are unknown, but based on comments she made in her interview yesterday, she is likely not residing in Minnesota.
